Former Nashville Officer Reenters Courtroom After Allegedly Groping OnlyFans Model During Staged Traffic Stop

Ex-Nashville cop Sean Herman enters new plea after being arrested for groping OnlyFans star’s breasts during mock traffic stop

Former Police Officer Enters New Plea in Scandalous Traffic Stop Video Case

A former officer from Tennessee has been apprehended after allegedly groping an OnlyFans model during a staged traffic stop for a risqué promotional video while on duty. In a bid to avoid incarceration, he has entered a new plea.

Sean Herman, formerly with the Nashville Police Department, pleaded no contest to a charge of felony official misconduct in criminal court on Thursday, stemming from his arrest in early 2024.

As a consequence of this new plea, the 35-year-old has received a sentence of one year of supervised probation.

Herman was also granted judicial diversion, which may lead to his case being dismissed and charges being cleared from his record if he successfully completes the stipulated probationary period.

He was terminated from the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department in May 2024 after an investigation revealed he was the officer depicted in an adult video produced by local OnlyFans creator Jordin.

The controversial video features Jordin pretending to be pulled over; she exposes her breast and invites Herman to grope her to avoid receiving a ticket. Subsequently, she is shown reaching for his crotch as he touches her.

Although Herman’s face is not visible in the video, part of his police uniform could be seen, identifying him as a member of the Nashville Police Department.

The inquiry confirmed that the video was filmed on April 26 in a warehouse parking area while Herman was on duty.

Following the revelations, Herman was charged with two counts of official misconduct in June and subsequently released on a $3,000 bond. He had been with the department for three years prior to his dismissal.

The police department condemned Herman’s actions, labeling them as one of the most flagrant displays of disrespect towards the MNPD and its staff.

In August 2024, a state board enacted an indefinite suspension of Herman’s law enforcement certification in Tennessee, with the possibility of reinstatement once the criminal proceedings conclude.

Jordin clarified in a March interview that the video was intended for promotional purposes on platforms like X, rather than for her OnlyFans content. She noted her initial unfamiliarity with Herman prior to their collaboration, stating that he had responded to a posting on Reddit about discussing potential filming opportunities.

The brainstorming between Jordin and her husband led to the creation of the fake traffic stop concept, which Herman embraced. They filmed the controversial clip before his shift.

After Herman was charged, Jordin claimed she distanced herself from the situation, having ceased communication with him. However, she did remove the video upon realizing its negative repercussions for the former officer.

While Herman faced termination and legal troubles, Jordin reported a surge in subscription numbers on her OnlyFans account following the extensive media coverage of the incident.

In a separate interview with local media in May 2024, Jordin asserted that the exposure from the press was what alerted law enforcement to the video.

“The local media likely brought it to the department’s attention. I believe it stemmed from my Twitter, where the video had amassed 2 million views and had been retweeted 5,500 times,” she stated.

Regarding Herman, she portrayed him as “a very respectful guy, very polite, and not fitting into the negative profile many might assume.”
